Joseph Omansky

Joe Omansky is Founder and CEO of the SkyRank System. In 2003, he created the SkyRank System to address a need to standardize an approach to evaluating hedge fund performance. SkyRank was patented in 2009 and has been used by hundreds of accredited and institutional investors and has provided its ratings on tens of thousands of hedge funds, funds of funds and commodity trading advisors using its multi-factor, flexible algorithm. In 2010, after licensing SkyRank to Trusted Insight, a venture-funded social platform for Limited and General Partners, he joined the company. He co-led the company's growth over a 3 1/2 year period to over 120,000 institutional investor members and 200 paying customers before returning to focus on SkyRank in 2014. Prior to his work on SkyRank, he created and managed an equity options volatility model for Tradelink LLC, a Chicago-based arbitrage trading firm. Prior to this, he was an equity options market maker for Lakota Trading Inc., a market-making entity owned by Steve Fossett on the Chicago Board Options Exchange. Early in his career, he worked for Merrill Lynch and Fidelity Investments. He has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, Institutional Investor, Global Pensions Magazine, RealDeals Magazine, and Alpha Magazine. He has been a panel speaker and moderator at several hedge fund conferences throughout the United States. The SkyRank System has appeared on CNBC and other media venues. He holds the Series 65, RIA. He received his Master's in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis University and his Bachelor's in Economics from Clark University. He has also studied international business at the Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico, has taught high school mathematics in Jamaica and has guest lectured on social entrepreneurship, sustainability, capital formation, and social platforms in the university classroom. He is fluent in Spanish.

Peter Urbani

Peter is a Portfolio Manager at Sky Fund LLC. He has over 25 years of experience in Financial Markets. Before joining Sky Fund as a Portfolio Manager, Peter was the Chief Investment Officer of Infiniti Capital, a global fund of funds firm with over $3BB in Assets Under Management. Peter also manages his own consulting firm, KnowRisk Consulting.

Prior to that he was Head of Investment Strategy at Fairheads International Asset Managers and prior to that Senior Portfolio Manager for Commercial Union Investment Management (CUIM), SA. He has also served variously as a portfolio manager for Mathison and Hollidge Stockbrokers, Investment Editor for Finance Week and as a Director of Susses Man Carte. A number of his VBA functions for calculating Value at Risk were included in Kevin Dowd's "Measuring Market Risk."

Peter has written and published extensively on quantitative investment management and portfolio theory.

Philip Reicherz

Philip is an advisor to SkyRank System. Philip has expertise in assisting and managing the development of growth-stage companies with significant experience in strategic planning, sales, marketing and relationship management. In 2013, Philip became the co-founder and President of Cohere Cloud. In November 2009, Philip founded Magnolia Ventures, a venture capital fund that seeks to invest in top entrepreneurial teams with great concepts and a need for advisory services and capital. With their partner’s assistance, entrepreneurs ideas are turned into great companies with plans to revolutionize their industries. From January 2005 through January 2011, he was a Partner and first employee at SecondMarket, Inc. Ranked by Forbes as one of the world’s most innovative finance companies, SecondMarket has streamlined the historically inefficient process for buying and selling alternative investments by connecting buyers directly with sellers and providing world-class market and operations expertise. Philip helped build out their global sales and marketing teams and network of more than 100,000 accredited individuals and institutions. He also assisted the firm in completing billions of dollars in privately negotiated transactions. From September 1995 through December 2004, he held several sales / marketing roles at UBS Financial Services, LLC, Credit Suisse, DLJ and Smith Barney providing Single Stock Risk Management Strategies to concentrated equity holders retail and institutions.

Abraham Gulko

Abe Gulko is a Member of the Advisory Board of the SkyRank System. Abe has 17 years of experience leading teams in financial engineering and technology for hedge funds, banks and financial technology companies. Abe is a financial engineer and senior technologist with competencies in VBA, Java, C++, C#, SQL Server, PHP, Spring Suite, MongoDB, and other programming languages primarily used for financial engineering and database management. He recently was the Director of Quantitative Strategies at New Oak Capital, a hedge fund advisory and risk management firm in New York City. He is a serial entrepreneur who has built from inception to sale two financial technology companies, one of which raised $5MM in Venture funding prior to its exit. Abe is the author of two published patents on Parallel Computing Systems and Algorithms, U.S. Patent #7174381 and U.S. Patent #7328194.
